Get Jay's Look: Beychella x Jaychella

It's been a while since I've done any Get Jay's Look posts and it feels good to bring them back. Kicking off my 2018 makeup looks, it was only right to recreate Beyonce's makeup from her performance at Coachella. All credit goes to her amazing makeup artist, Sir John who described her look as "the coolest girl on campus at college, meets Greek goddess." His idea was to incorporate a glittery, beautiful eye, soft nude-pink lip with luminous golden skin from head to toe.

Her look came together beautifully. I was staring more at her highlight more than the entire show. 

Typically, I am not a fan of glitter, just because it can be tedious and messy if not applied correctly, but it is beautiful once the entire look comes together. The good thing about Bey's glam, it was elegant, yet simple. Beyonce does not wear as much of a dramatic look, which captures her natural beauty which made this look quite easy to accomplish. Even though I was not parading around a concert stage or an HBCU campus, I did enjoy wearing my finished product out for the night, and many heads were turning! I created my version of Jaychella!
