Greetings, my beauties!
My name is Jennifer Jackson, MBA, and I am a natural-born creative who has a passion for beauty, content design, photography, and healthy living. As a native from Cleveland, Ohio, I’ve always dreamed of achieving my dreams of expressing my God-given creativity to its fullest potential. With over ten years of freelancing in makeup artistry, I decided to start my professional makeup artistry business. In 2017, I took the biggest risk, quitting my full-time job in healthcare administration, gave up my luxury downtown loft apartment, and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.
A natural-born creative and artist.
I have always had a niche in creativity and expressed my artistic ability to draw, paint, practice calligraphy, and do hair. Growing up, I enjoyed trips to the beauty supply stores and art museums. I’ve always visioned myself owning my studio and being a successful entrepreneur. During college, I studied Graphic Design along with two and three-dimensional art and art history. Later, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration. As I was always obsessed with eyebrows, my love for makeup blossomed from learning how to apply eyeshadow to my eyebrows for filling and enhancement.
Entrepreneur life isn’t easy.
This journey has not been easy. I come from a working-class family. I was raised to get an education, retain a corporate job, build a career, and retire. I have always been different - never destined to live a cookie-cutter life. My style has always been artsy yet glamorous. While on my journey towards full-time entrepreneurship, I continue to remain rooted in my lifestyle as a devoted Christian as there are days where I want to trade in my brushes for the corporate work-life. However, this is not my goal. I will continue to keep pushing towards my destiny. Chances make champions! I turned my hobbies of playing in makeup and taking pictures into a career that I love and enjoy.

I started my first blog, Artsy Glam in college where it talked about art and the beauty industry. It never published.
I am obsessed with candles, especially the fall season inspired scents.
When I was a teenager, I used to practice calligraphy lettering.
During college, I studied Graphic Design with the hopes of landing my (then) dream job as a designer for a major magazine in New York City.
I am a music fanatic. I listen to music more than watch television.
I love coffee! I am not a morning person and cannot function without it. I love tea too!
Not only am I a creative, but I am educated as well. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Management, Master of Business Administration and a certification in Social Marketing.
