Hey girl, hey! Welcome back to the Beauty Suite. Let me cue my favorite station via Pandora: The Internet, and let the vibes take you into a zone. I am there! Actually, I am reporting live from my local Starbucks, sipping the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte and jamming to my music via headphones.
Okay, now that we have a visual, let's get started...
I was one of the lucky 400 beauty gurus to receive the Giorgio Armani Beauty VoxBox from Influenster. When I received the notification that I was selected, I was beyond ecstatic. Once I received my package, I was in total awe that I received some great luxury products to try for free. The VoxBox included the Giorgio Armani Si 1.0 fl oz eau de perfum intense (valued at $75 USD) and two lip maestro lip glosses, colors 201 and 400 (valued at $38 USD each). This package came right on time since I am trying to build up my luxury perfume collection, ha!
My initial thought...
Of course, the first thing I did tested out the Si perfum intense. I sprayed it in the air, and then on my wrist. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed by the fragrance in the beginning, and I was quite disappointed. Ten minutes later, the scent changed, it smelled great. To double check my senses (because of most times my chronic sinuses cause issues with my sense of smell) I sprayed it again, but this time in my bedroom and waited ten minutes. The scent settled, and it smelled amazing. Okay, so now I am impressed. Instantly, I thought to myself that this would be a great fragrance for the fall/winter season.

You would think I would have tested out the lippies first, right!? Well, after my testing of the Si perfum, I moved on to the Lip Maestro. The two colors were reds. I must admit, I am not a red lipstick person - I am more in the nudes and pinks family. Plus, my mother is the red lipstick person, who wears it very well. Me, not so much. I guess because I just could not find that perfect red lipstick. I have tried many brands, and none of them has lived up to my expectations. First, I did the traditional arm swatch. I noticed the formula was rich, creamy and extremely pigmented. Intrigued, I now have to apply them to my lips. First, I tried on number 400. I used two coats without a liner, and I was in total shock - the color looked AH-MAZING on me. I could not believe it. Again, the formula was creamy, velvety smooth and the color was so vibrant. Once I removed the first color, it was on to try color number 201 which was another red, but a slightly deeper tone. Once I applied number 201, I fell completely in love - this color was just as amazing as number 400. At last, I found not only one perfect red lipstick, and I found two! I immediately had some makeup looks in my head.

Would I purchase the Lip Maestro Lip Gloss?
Giorgio Armani Beauty has lived up to its name. The products are pricey, I mean, $40 for a lip gloss is steep, and I wouldn't have bought it on a regular day, but now that I tried the lippies, my mind has completely changed. I have received so many compliments on both colors. Not to mention, I felt completely confident wearing those colors. I say that because most times when I apply any lipstick that is in the red family, I have to reapply every 20 minutes because it either dries out or fades quickly. Honestly, who wants to keep checking on their lips every 5 minutes? You are always pulling out your compact mirror checking and reapplying or running to the ladies room at every given moment which is super annoying. As I stated earlier in this post, this package came at the perfect time. We are in the autumn season, and I decided to wear number 200 for my Halloween look, and it turned out perfect.

My thoughts on the Giorgio Armani Beauty products, well, as this being my first VoxBox I received from Influenster, I must say, I am totally impressed. When I am selected for the next campaign, they now have some big shoes to fill. I am looking forward to the next one. I must thank Influenster for choosing me to be a part of an awesome campaign. As a lover of ALL makeup products from luxury to drug store, I just added more to my extensive collection. If you are looking to splurge a little bit on some makeup, go ahead and purchase the Lip Maestro lip glosses. It is entirely worth every dollar.

My thoughts on Si.
The Giorgio Armani Si 1.0 fl oz eau de perfum intense is another product I recommend as well. It is quite intense, so a little goes a long way. The scent has notes freesia and a blackcurrant vanilla essence. It is an elegant, yet feminine fragrance. Perfect for the fall.
