Third Blogiversary + New Beginnings
I know, I have been MIA for some time now, but a lot has happened in my personal life. I had plans on writing some blog posts regarding spending my first birthday as an Atlanta resident, my one year anniversary as a resident of Atlanta and other random posts including some podcast recordings. However, some events happened in my life to where I decided to take a mental break.

Nice for What: Celebrating Myself
I have always been a fan of Drake's music, especially when he released More Life last year. To this day I still play that album from start to finish. Earlier this year, he released God's Plan, and it caught my attention, at least I thought it did until he dropped, Nice for What this past Friday night. Let me tell you, the MOMENT I HEARD THIS SONG, I instantly fell in love.
My First Thrifting Experience
Last weekend, I attended a thrift tour, hosted by Meyhgin from Meeting With Megs. When I saw that she was hosting a thrift tour, I instantly knew that I was going to be in attendance. Why? Because she is super sweet, freaking amazing and her style is bomb.com! I knew with her guidance; I was going to execute my first thrift store shopping experience.

This past Sunday, they hosted a private beauty event at the NARS Boutique, located in the Shops Buckhead Atlanta, showcasing education on skin care and awareness to breast cancer while discussing the importance of the ingredients in makeup.

New Goals, #TipTuesday and a Testimony
I cannot believe how fast the summer is blowing right in front of our eyes. In the midst of enjoying my summer, I began a new journey in my career. Again, I have to learn how to balance working full-time, practicing makeup part-time, and managing my blog. I have not been the most consistent with content on my blog, and I am going to continue working on creating a schedule and setting goals.

Happy Birthday to me!!! Today, I turn 35 years old. To many, I don’t look a day over 30. I am thankful for good genetics and taking care of myself. As I sit and reflect on my past year, I have been blessed in so many ways. I accomplished a lot of goals and met and connected with some awesome people.
